There is not "None, I am an individual" in Business Type, drop down menu locked to 3 choices only
I try to re-active my account.
when I clicked Reactive Account, I need to select an entity type, but there are only 3 types for sellers, just including Charity, Privately-owned business, Publicly-listed business. There is no appropriate type for individual sellers to select here.
Therefore, there is no way for me to provide any information to complete the verification process. I have contacted customer service on live chat and they have done absolutely nothing, they cant even understand what Im talking about.

You would select, "Privately-owned business". You own the business privately as it isn't publicly traded and it isn't a charity. Even though you are an individual, you are selling things, and thus operating as a business. You should have a business license, however, so if you don't have one, you need to get one from your local government.
