Help with GSPR Enrollment and Compliance Steps
Hello Everyone,
I’m looking for assistance with several aspects of GSPR compliance for Amazon EU marketplaces.
I want to enroll in the General Safety and Performance Requirements (GSPR) for my account, which operates across multiple EU marketplaces. Does anyone know if I need to enroll individually for each marketplace or if a single enrollment will cover all EU stores?
I am brand registered for the EU, but not for Amazon Italy (amazon.it). How should I proceed in this situation to ensure compliance with brand registration requirements?
On my Account Health page, I have the option to "Submit Compliance Information," with two choices: "Manufacturer Information" and "Responsible Person Information." Can someone clarify which option I should select based on their experience?
Lastly, I’d love to hear how others are implementing these GSPR requirements and managing compliance across multiple marketplaces. Any tips, insights, or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated.
