Hello I want to know the process of enrolling into CSBA. Also I want Amazon's community managers to enlighten me on this service. How's this service opted and what benefits it gives to a seller. Also does enrolling in this service affects featured offer eligibility? I have seen a couple of account who are not facing problems related to featured offer ineligibility have enrolled in CSBA. I cannot see the option by going to Seller Central > Settings > Account Info > Your Services > Manage > Customer Service by Amazon > Opt in/out.

Tread lightly-this gives Amazon control over everything, including returns, refunds, claims...from posts I have read on here, it's a big headache as you have no control.

Amazon's solution to all complaints, or even just questions from a buyer, regarding third party sellers is to take money from the seller and give it to the buyer. Doesn't really much matter what the problem is.
CSBA allows you to pay Amazon for giving your money to buyer.

They will take your money, they give refunds without asking. I dont recommend you that.

It seems you have already received some comments regarding the CSBA program. More to your question, adding CSBA program does not increase your featured offer eligibility.
