A few things to keep in mind.
If you are a new seller, and especially if FBM, Amazon will not give you the BB until you have a track record of satisfying customers. The BB is a way of Amazon telling the customer "We recommend you purchase from this seller"; they aren't going to recommend you until they know that you'll keep up your end (nothing personal; everyone faces this).
You say it's Private Label. I would guess then that there are other offers of similar or even identical items (other than the brand name). Amazon will compare your product to those; if your price is significantly higher than those, then your chances of getting the BB go down.
Note that the price comparison covers not only offers on Amazon, but pretty much anywhere else that a consumer might purchase from.
And as pointed out, if YOUR price has increased lately, that could also be an issue; especially if you previously had the BB for that item.
