SPD Late delivery confirmation to Amazon warehouse

Hi there, everyone. Please HELP

I sent Amazon my SPD on 18th through UPS. It is the 21st today, no news from Amazon to confirm if they have received the parcel. I live in the same city where Amazon has a fulfilment centre where my parcel is also supposed to be received. I am based in UK. I am a new seller on the platform and am very concerned about my parcel. I don't know what is happening. When I look through shipment, using the tracking ID, it doesn't even say in transit. Is it something normal or do I have to do something to find out about my parcel? How long does it take amazon to receive a parcel in particular when you are sending it to a warehouse that is just 5miles a way from where you live. I had mine sent through UPS with a tracking ID and everything else. One thing else, In seller central, it says Active. However, when I want to run some campaign for it, it says, unavailable!

I will appreciate it you could please share your experience and advise me on further steps in this respect.

Have you had a chance to review the Content tab within the shipping details to determine the date you can request an investigation for this shipment?

  1. Navigate to the Inventory tab and click on Shipments.
  2. Locate your shipments and click on Track shipment.
  3. Within your shipping workflow, click on the Contents tab.
