Hello Amazon Forum Moderators,
I am requesting assistance regarding four FBA shipments from the same Send to Amazon workflow, each of which was charged an US$82.88 inbound defect fee.
All five shipments in the workflow were physically dispatched. One shipment was successfully received by Amazon, while the other four shipments were subjected to the same mandatory customs inspection after dispatch and were subsequently returned.
The four affected shipments are:
FBA19JXR** – RFD2 – US$82.88**
FBA19JXM** – GYR3 – US$82.88**
FBA19JXQ** – AVP1 – US$82.88**
FBA19JXQ** – IND9 – US$82.88**
They were all created under the same Send to Amazon workflow:
Workflow ID: wf6780fee6---****-a05a175654eb
Before the shipment defects appeared, we contacted Amazon Seller Support regarding these four shipments under:
Previous Case ID: 2165****581
After reviewing our customs inspection and return documentation, Amazon acknowledged that the situation resulted from the customs inspection process and advised us to submit the same supporting documents through the Problems tab if shipment defects later appeared.
We followed that guidance. The matter was later reviewed under:
MIC Case ID: 2183****401
We understand and accept Amazon's 30-day shipment delivery policy and are not requesting removal of the defect records.
Our request is only for a one-time discretionary/courtesy waiver of the four US$82.88 inbound defect fees.
However, the responses we received focused on the 30-day policy and did not clarify whether our separate fee-waiver request, together with Amazon's previous guidance, was reviewed by a team authorized to approve discretionary fee adjustments.
Could an Amazon Forum Moderator please review the case history and, if appropriate, escalate this matter to the relevant internal FBA Inbound or fee adjustment team for one final manual review?
We can provide the full Shipment IDs, Workflow ID, Case IDs, customs inspection documents, return records, and defect screenshots directly to Amazon if required.
Thank you for your assistance.
