Professional Selling Plan who sell books, music, videos, or DVDs and subscribe to
the Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) service can compete for the Buy Used Box. You can

To win the Buy Used Box, sellers must meet Order Defect Rate

For those sellers that qualify to compete for the Buy
Used Box, their product listings are evaluated based on factors that have been carefully
chosen in an effort to give customers the best shopping experience.
Product qualifications include:
Condition:The item must be in "Like New", "Very Good" or
Media:The item must be classified under the Media
Fulfillment:The item must be fulfilled using FBA. For Books,
Music, Video and DVD products in "New" condition, only those sold and fulfilled by
Amazon are eligible to win the Buy Box. Customers should expect the same fulfillment
options and level of customer service, regardless of whether the product is new or
used. Sellers are able to meet this expectation by using the FBA service.
