Confirm Shipping

Overview

Once you have received and processed your order, confirm the shipment.

Once you have successfully confirmed the shipment, Amazon will charge the payment to the customer, processes the shipment information and update the shipment information in your customer's account.

Buyers can then check the status of shipped orders online, leading to greater customer satisfaction according to our experience and reducing the number of contacts by buyers.

Note: If you do not confirm an order within 30 days, we will automatically cancel the order and not charge the customer. This means that you will not receive any payment for that order if you do not confirm the shipment within 30 days.
