This page provides information on the different views you can use to display and manage
your Amazon-fulfilled orders within Seller Central.

Manage Orders displays a list of orders that have been placed in the last seven days by default. ( Note: The default view does not show Pending orders. ) This list is updated with every order created through Amazon. You can view specific orders by creating a custom time range or using one of the options already created for you under Advanced Search (example: you can select "Orders Fulfiled by Amazon" to view your FBA orders only). Each order has its own listing.

The default search enables you select search using a single criteria:
The Advanced Search option enables you to create a search
based on multiple criteria.
Note: Select "Include Pending Orders" to display your orders placed on Amazon.de that have not yet been shipped.
By clicking the Order ID you can review the shipping, product and payment details.
Note: The order detail page allows sellers to communicate with customers about their orders using the Contact Buyer tool. This tool does not enable attachments, such as invoices. If you need to send an attachment to a customer, you can find an email address in the Amazon Fulfiled Shipment Report.
Once you are familiar with the search options and have identified the information you need most often, you can use the Advanced Search feature to create a customized Default View.
You can change your default view at any time by repeating the steps above.
