  • Order ID
  • Product  Name
  • Fulfiled By
  • Date Range (default)

The Advanced Search option enables you to create a search based on multiple criteria.

Note: Select "Include Pending Orders" to display your orders placed on Amazon.de that have not yet been shipped.

By clicking the Order ID you can review the shipping, product and payment details.

Note: The order detail page allows sellers to communicate with customers about their orders using the Contact Buyer tool. This tool does not enable attachments, such as invoices. If you need to send an attachment to a customer, you can find an email address in the Amazon Fulfiled Shipment Report.

Once you are familiar with the search options and have identified the information you need most often, you can use the Advanced Search feature to create a customized Default View.

  1. From Advanced Search, select the search criteria you would like to have in your default view and click the "Search" button. The search results will display in the Manage Orders view.
  2. Beneath the Search bar, you will see a summary of your search options. Check the box beneath the options that says "Make this my default order view." Your seller account will save these results as your default view.

You can change your default view at any time by repeating the steps above.
