Pricing Health warning and error messages

To improve the user experience, Amazon performs validations when you make edits in Pricing Health to prevent potential pricing errors. This is to ensure you are not setting conflicting prices or edits to protect you from selling products at prices you did not intend to set. Below are the list of warnings or errors in Pricing Health and how to resolve them.

Error or warn message How to resolve
Your offer price is greater than your maximum price. Update your offer price or maximum price such that your offer price is at or below your maximum price.
Your offer price is lower than your minimum price. Update your offer price or minimum price such that your offer price is at or above your minimum price.
Your sale price is lower than your minimum price. Update your sale price or minimum price such that your sale price is at or above your minimum price.
Your sale price is greater than your maximum price. Update your sale price or maximum price such that your sale price is at or below your maximum price.
Your Business price is lower than your minimum price. Update your business price or minimum price such that your business price is at or above your minimum price.
Your business price is greater than your maximum price. Update your business price or maximum price such that your business price is at or below your maximum price.
Your business price is greater than your offer price. Amazon Business customers expect the business price, which is a discounted price available exclusively to Amazon Business customers regardless of the quantity purchased, to be the same or lower than your offer price. Update your business price such that it is at or below your offer price to help you capture business customer’s attention, gain their trust, and earn their business.
Your maximum price is lower than your other prices. Update your maximum price such that it is the highest of all the prices that you have set. Note that promotional prices scheduled for the future (for example, Lightning Deals, 7-day deals, etc.) should also be at or lower than your maximum price.
Your minimum price is greater than your other prices. Update your minimum price such that it is the lowest of all the prices that you have set. Note that promotional prices scheduled for the future (for example, Lightning Deals, 7-day deals, etc.) should also be at or greater than your minimum price.
Your minimum price is greater than your maximum price. Update your minimum price such that it is equal to or less than your maximum price.
