If you sell items that exceeds carrier stipulated limits, they should not receive an Amazon generated prepaid label. Ensure item weight and dimension data are accurate in your inventory in Seller Central and/or exempt these items from the prepaid label program.
DPD DE rates are volumetric.
Package Class should be calculated as Shortest Side plus Longest Side of parcel.
Maximum dimensions for returns is 20kg, 100 cm length, or 250 cm girth (to be calculated as 2*Width + 2*Height)
Standard return coverage applied by DPD is €520 per item.
During the first month, sellers are invoiced according to the base rates. If you ship a minimum number of parcels in one month, the following discounts apply to your total net volume of DPD labels acquired through Buy Shipping in the following month.
A parcel is not conveyable if its shape or dimensions do not allow it to pass through the DPD conveyor systems. The following parcel shapes cannot be conveyed automatically: canisters, buckets/drums, roll-shaped packages, wooden and metal packaging, goods in sacks/bags, unpacked special shapes. Please note that, in addition to special shapes, packages with a length of more than 130 cm up to a length of 175 cm or wider than 80 cm are also considered as non-conveyable goods (NC). Exceeding the package volume of more than 200 liters is considered as non-conveyable goods (NC volume).
If you ship a parcel with packaging or shape requiring additional handling in accordance with the transportation terms, the following surcharges apply to your shipping rates:

The oversize/overweight parcel surcharge applies to all parcels exceeding the allowed maximum weight (31.5kg), girth (300 cm) or length (175 cm).
Oversize/Overweight surcharge (excl. VAT*): 15.58 EUR

How will I be invoiced for availing DPD return ship method, as part of Amazon Prepaid Return Label feature?
The cost of the Amazon Prepaid Return will be deducted from your seller account when the buyer returns the package to DPD at one of their drop off locations. Click here for more information on DPD parcelshops. DPD will then issue a paper invoice to you, compliant with DE finance and taxation requirements. There is no additional action required from you.
To ensure that you get the correct paper invoice for your financial and taxation requirements, you must review and complete your tax address via your account. Go to Settings, choose Account Info and click VAT Information in the Tax Information section. If your VAT address needs to be changed, click on Add a new address.

Hermes: You can find the invoices within Seller Central. Go to Reports > Tax Document Library > Seller Fee Invoices. Note that invoices issued on behalf of Hermes have the supplier name Grattan PLC.
Royal Mail: If you do not receive an invoice from Royal Mail, contact Selling Partner Support.
