To maintain eligibility for Seller Fulfilled Prime, Sellers must always meet the following performance requirements on their Seller Fulfilled Prime orders on a trailing 30-day basis:
You can view your performance against these requirements in the Seller Fulfilled Prime Performance Widget. In Seller Central, go to Performance > Account Health > Eligibilities and look for "Seller Fulfilled Prime performance".
On-Time Hand-over: On-Time Hand-over is calculated by dividing the number of Seller Fulfilled Prime packages that were shipped on or before the Expected Dispatch Date by the total number of Seller Fulfilled Prime packages shipped.
Seller Fulfilled Prime packages are considered shipped when the carrier scans the package for the first time, and not when you confirm shipment. When calculating this metric, we take into consideration that carriers might first scan the packages several hours after they are picked up.
Buy Shipping Services: Buy Shipping Services is defined as the number of Seller Fulfilled Prime packages (Premium Shipments) with labels purchased through Buy Shipping Services divided by all Seller Fulfilled Prime packages shipped.
Cancellation Rate: Cancellation rate is the number of Seller Fulfilled Prime orders canceled by the seller prior to ship-confirmation divided by the total number of Seller Fulfilled Prime orders received. When computing this metric, we consider all Seller Fulfilled Prime order cancellations initiated by the seller for any reason.
Date Range: It will take five days for your performance data to first appear in the Seller Fulfilled Prime performance section, and the data in this section will always have a five-day delay. That is, the data from the past five days are not included in the metrics you see in that section.
On-Time Delivery: On-Time delivery is the number of Seller Fulfilled Prime orders delivered on time to the customer. This metric is for transparency reasons and has no impact on your Seller Fulfilled Prime performance.
Orders: The number of Seller Fulfilled Prime orders within the date range displayed at the top of the performance section.
Seller Fulfilled Prime defects report: The Request a Seller Fulfilled Prime defects report link generates a report that shows you the Seller Fulfilled Prime orders that did not satisfy any of the fulfillment performance requirements for the program. You can request a new defects report or download all previously requested defects reports.
Sellers can view the status of all returns requested in a chosen period. This includes both Prime and non-Prime returns. To access the report, in Seller Central go to Reports> Return Reports. This report can either be generated once, or it can be scheduled to auto-generate at a defined frequency.
To generate a one-time report, choose Generate one-time report and select a time period. To schedule an auto-generated report, choose Schedule report generation.
To filter for Prime orders, choose the option Prime returns when you choose to generate a one-time report or when you schedule regular reports.
