This column indicates whether or not the order was canceled by the seller. The values in this column will be Yes, if the order was canceled by the seller, and No, if otherwise.
This column indicates whether the shipping label was bought from Buy Shipping Services. The values in this column will be Yes, if the shipping label was bought from Buy Shipping Services, and No, if otherwise.
This column indicates whether the package was shipped on or before the promised shipped date. The values in this column will be Yes, if the package was shipped on or before the promised shipped date, and No, if otherwise.
If the package was shipped late but delivered on time, it will not be counted as a late shipment. To maintain the performance requirement for the On-Time Shipment Rate, make sure to use a shipping method that will deliver your late packages by the delivery date promised to the customer.
