Shipping templates let
you create your shipping settings across several products at once (default service
levels, shipping regions, transit times, and shipping rates). You may create up to 20
shipping templates for specific groups of SKUs.
Before you create a
template, verify that your default shipping address is accurate and make sure you
understand the requirements.
Create a new shipping template

From the Settings menu, click Shipping Settings.

Verify your Default Shipping Address is
correct before creating a new shipping template.

On the Shipping Templates tab,
click Create New Shipping
Template.

Click Create a new shipping
template., and click OK.

Enter the template name (for example -
"Free Shipping").

Choose the rate
model for your shipping rates:

Per item/weight-based,
or
-
Price banded
-
Edit the template as needed.

Click Save.

Assign SKUs to the shipping template.
Edit an existing shipping
template

From the Settings menu, click Shipping Settings.

Under the Shipping Template List, select the template you want to edit.

Click Edit Template on the right side of the screen.

Enable Domestic or International shipping options (i.e. Expedited) by clicking the checkbox next to the shipping option name.

Select the regions by clicking either Edit or Add New Region.

Within the Select Deliverable Regions pop-up window, select or deselect the region(s) you want to use for the same transit time and ship cost.

Click OK.

Select the Address Type for the region(s) (See requirements for more information).

Set your Shipping Time (in business days) for the region(s).

Set the shipping rates.

We recommend simplifying your shipping rates as much as possible. Offering free shipping can increase sales and improve your chances of winning the buy box.

You can create multiple rules for the same shipping option to customize the settings by region.

Repeat this process as needed.

Click Save.
Delete an existing shipping
template
You cannot delete the
default shipping template. To delete any of the others, follow these steps.

Remove all SKUs from the template
first.

Go to Shipping Settings, select the
template, and choose Delete from drop down menu on the top right.
Review past changes

Choose a template in Shipping
Settings.

Click revision history from
the drop down menu to the right of the edit template
button.
