Hallo Zusammen,

Wir sind neu als Verkäufer (FBM) von Lebensmitteln auf Amazon wir vertreten 3 sehr bekannte Marken als Inhaber auf Amazon.

Leider sind die Verkäufe nicht wie erwartet angelaufen.

Hat jemand für uns einen Tipp wie wir die Verkäufe steigern können mit Werbung sind wir dran und versuchen verschiedene Varianten.

Die Buybox haben wir schon erhalten.

Mir ist es jetzt schon zweimal passiert, dass Käufer (einmal Italien, einmal Belgien) mich betrogen haben durch A-Z Anträge. Italien hat behauptet, die Ware nicht erhalten zu haben. Ich konnte nachweisen, dass Ware angekommen ist, amazon lehnt immer wieder ohne Begründung ab. Belgien hat behauptet nicht erhalten zu haben was angekündigt war. Auch hier konnte ich durch Zeugen nachweisen, dass die originale Ware geschickt wurde und habe sogar ein Rücksendeetikett zur Verfügung gestellt, um sie wenigstens zurück zu erhalten. Amazon lehnt meine Nachrichten immer ab, ohne Begründung. Das sind jetzt insgesamt 200,00 Euro. Ja nicht immens viel aber es geht darum, dass es Käufern so einfach gemacht wird, einfach Behauptungen aufzustellen, die einfach nicht stimmen und immer wieder damit durchkommen. So lernen sie auch noch daraus, wie schön man "günstig" einkaufen kann.

Hat es irgendjemand geschafft an sein Geld doch noch zu kommen?

I urgently need your assistance to resolve an intellectual property complaint issue affecting my account status, in order to protect our mutual interests.

After receiving the notice of the trademark infringement complaint, I immediately attempted to contact the complainant but received no response. I have been legally operating this brand in the European market for two years, with cumulative sales exceeding 20,000 items, and have always fully complied with local laws and platform policies. The complainant engaged in bad-faith trademark squatting, as they only registered the trademark in Europe in January 2025. To address this, I hired a German lawyer to file a lawsuit in the local court and won the case. The court not only ruled in my favor but also issued an injunction against the complainant, explicitly prohibiting them from abusing trademark rights.

I have submitted complete legal documents to Amazon, including: the German court judgment specifying the complainant’s name and address, and the legitimate authorization documents granted to me by the brand owner in 2023. However, my appeal was rejected without specific reasons. I suspect the review team may not have carefully examined the documents or verified the details with the complainant and the actual brand owner.

I kindly request that you:

Re-review the court judgment and authorization documents I submitted to confirm the complainant’s bad-faith squatting and my legal right to use the brand;

Immediately revoke all invalid complaints filed by this complainant and reinstate my wrongly suspended ASINs to ensure normal operations.

The affected ASINs have been listed on the European market for over a year, generating tens of thousands of euros in revenue for Amazon. This complaint not only harms my rights but also impacts the platform’s interests. The court judgment has confirmed the complainant’s illegal actions, and they no longer hold trademark rights, rendering their complaints invalid.

I understand Amazon’s stance on protecting intellectual property, but this case presents clear facts and is supported by comprehensive legal documentation. I sincerely request the team to prioritize this matter.

We delivered 3 shipments to WRO5 - Slam Poland. Normally it takes 1-2 days to see that the shipment is received, but since WRO5 changed from Halle to Hoyerswerda we don't get any updates. The first shipment is 6 days ago delivered, but still not in receiving. Does anybody know how to get any update about our shipments? Slam Poland doesn't respond to their phone or emails.

Ich erhalte andauernd OTP für mein nicht mehr existierendes Handy - was kann ich tun?

ich habe nun meine Marke beim DPMA angemeldet und die Marke jetzt auch bei Amazon erfolgreich registriert. Zur Anmeldung benötigte Amazon ein Produkt, welches unter der Marke geführt wird. Da das Produkt jetzt bereits vor der Bestätigung von Amazon angelegt werden musste, ist der Markenname Generisch.

Jetzt sagt Amazon, dass der Markenname nicht mehr angepasst werden darf und ich die ASIN neu anlegen muss.. Ich habe die ASIN doch zuvor extra für die Markenanmeldung bei Amazon anlegen müssen. Und jetzt können sie den Markennamen nicht überschreiben.

Gibt es da von eurer Seite Erfahrungsberichte und eventuelle Lösungen, OHNE, dass ich eine neue ASIN anlegen muss? Denn dann wären ja auch alle Bewertungen weg.

Ich beschäftige mich gerade mit dem Thema "Versand per Kleinpaket". Mir stellt sich die Frage, wo ich die Sendungsnummer des Kleinpakets eingebe. DHL/ Paket oder DHL/ Andere? Oder sogar ganz wo anders?
